This AI Operations Command Center is a portfolio project designed to demonstrate operational leadership, cross-functional coordination, and data-driven decision-making in managing enterprise AI initiatives within a healthcare setting. It simulates end-to-end management of AI programs from intake and governance to deployment and performance tracking.

Each dashboard panel maps directly to a core competency of AI operations management: program execution, stakeholder coordination, governance and compliance, intake pipeline management, performance monitoring, and team leadership. All data shown is simulated for demonstration purposes.
